And I am so so happy that this book managed to pick up the slack after the former book was a disappointment (to me). I mean, only 1 chapter in, and I was hooked by this story, where it was the complete opposite with the 3rd book. I will say that I'm disappointed we didn't get to see the sex swing Merrick and Murphy had build in action, or that we didn't get a full-on orgy, but otherwise it was really good :)

And this pack! Murphy and Merrick were such amazing Alphas, and I really liked how they also were obviously in love with each other. Quinn and Susannah were such a sweet Omega pair, and their bond and love also ran oh so deep. Tanner the vamp was hilarious and caring. Jericho grew and me (as did Bowie), and together all 6 they made up an epic pack. They all deserve the happiness they felt by the end :)

Yayy, we actually got a little sneak peak into the future for once! :D I feel like these books would be even better if GM wrote an epilogue, so we'd get to see them being all domestic and settled, as the books usually stop right as the drama has settled down. Even if it's sad that the series is over, I liked how it ended with the Manix society finally being at peace. They deserve it after everything that has happened

I know Tanner has come to terms with it, but I still don't feel like the whole "I'll watch them all die" aspect was really given enough space. I know he thinks it's worth it, as he gets to love and be loved by this pack for years to come, but it still has to mess with him, knowing they'll all die and he'll keep living..

Sooo Jericho's dead ghost twin is gonna be part of their pack as well? It sure keeps growing by the minute. Also isn't it gonna be a bit weird for the twins to be mated to the same people? Or is it just me?

Wait, Jericho and Merrick & Murphy are going to fight for the Omega pair? Nooo, why not be one big and happy pack? I get why the Alphas don't trust Jericho yet, but don't fight, guys :(

Hold your flipping horses - is Jericho going to be part of their pack as well? I mean, usually the different POVs indicate who's gonna end up together and he just got his own :O Also he speaks very fondly of both Quinn and Susannah, so I guess that now makes it two Alphas, two Omegas, and one Manix-witch hybrid. Nice.

Heheh I love how smitten both Merrick and Murphy are with the Omega pair. It's damn endearing :3
