Stefan knew Katherine was a vampire but he loved her, he felt so confused with his feelings because he really loved her and she trusted him to keep her secret but by keeping her secret his betraying his father because his father was trying to kill all vampires in town. He was wondering if his brother Damon already knew about Katherine being a vampire because he really needed someone to talk to about this

Stefan sneaked out to see Katherine at night, he went to see her at the carriage house. Am really surprised,Rosalyn got killed. Stefan's future wife got killed, he felt horrible because he is getting feelings for Katherien but it still hurt him that Rosalyn got killed and that he wasn't on time to save her, because he was in was Katherien instead of waiting for Rosalyn in the porch, he could had died with her too. So I bet now that the wedding is over he is going to be wanting to be with Katherien.
