maybe it's cause it's a school book/required reading, but Jesus Christ i'm so uninterested. also i know i said this in the last update, but the overuse of racial slurs is so bothersome to me.

okay, i know older books/classics have a bad reputation for having racial slurs (specifically the n word) in them, but i was NOT expecting to see it TWICE on page 20-

i had to read this for school too! search up the chapter and listen to the audio book for it! it’s wayyy better that way and i can just do my makeup/get something done while listening!
