Are you enjoying this one anymore than before? I am wondering if part of the greatness of this book was contingent on time. That is, I first read this book in the 80's and women in fantasy books were undergoing an evolution at that time and Lessa was very much a part of that. Although, to be fair I liked Menolly from the Dragonharper's series better (the Dragonharper's books were written more for preteens though, which was probably the age I was when I first read the book).
