I just finished The Birkman Method: Your Personality at Work and gave it 3 stars. The book is worth reading if you have taken (or plan to take) the Birkman, however, it doesn't go into as much depth as I'd like it to. The book is mostly there to sell you on the idea of paying a consultant to take the test a get a full report on your results.
