I’m not sure if I’m a little too old for this book but the constant “I don’t want him to think I’m crazy” references are a bit grating. I just want to shake her and be like “YOU’RE ALLOWED TO ASK QUESTIONS MACI”.
We’ll see what her character progression is like. She’s only 21 right now, after all.
