I liked this book. It's good science-fiction. I think it would classify as a space opera.

I think the fiction spun from real science is one of the things I like about this series. The action and suspense are great, but a lot of the problems in the story have to be solved scientifically. The human factors lend a lot of drama, and yet, some of the drama seems more likely to represent real human nature.

I started reading this from my kindle, and so far, I can tell I'm going to like this book. I have read the previous books in this series, and I liked them all a lot.
