This book is super amusing lol
It's about Myths of old voyagers and sailors, Issue is, they were making up tales about everything, they even thought a hurricane in the sea is actually a dragon.
The funnier thing is there was real historians that went on these voyages, and wrote about the animals without exaggeration and put out books, but people still preferred the myth books and ignored the real books 😂

it's zero concentration two days sadly, and right now i ll do some digging because there is a historical book i want to buy before it runs out, and i don't know if the place that sells it is even open in Saturday

i was in a really bad spot promising of a slump lol
and i am really protective of my reading, if i lose this i got nothing
Next Litrpg novel i want to start was another 800 pages beast
the other two novels i wanted to try ACOTAR and murderbot dairies, scare me, what if i don't like them enough and i slump?
so i went with this book about Arabian myths of old, a book in my main language, and short enough to refresh me!

رغبة الانسان في الخروج من هذا العالم و إحساسه أنه هنا بالخطأ :))))

الناس زمان كانت بتميل للخرافة و الأسطورة اللي بيكتبوا كتب العجائب و انا عملت الكثير منها want to read قريب كانوا قاعدين يزايدوا في عوامل الإبهار في الخرافة عشان عايزين يبيعوا و يسلوا الناس، و في نفس الوقت كان فيه واحد اسمه الدمشقي بيكتب بطريقة شبه علمية يقول انها خرافة هو شاف الإعصار و مش داخل دماغه انه تنين، بس حتى مرافقيه من البحارة في رحلاته مهماش مصدقينه، كله كوم بقى و أسطورة جزر الواق الواق كوم تاني، بس كل ده بالنسبة ليا مسلي بالذات ان معنديش مانع اقرا السير الشعبية اللي كلها تسلية.
بالاضافة الى السير الشعبية ذات الصبغة السياسية و الاجتماعية مثل (علي الزيبق و الزير سالم) أعنقد إنها خرافات و أحلام و أهوام أكتر من أسطورة السيد التنين شخصياً :))))))
