This chapter discussed Mental Health Policy, Advocacy, and the Mental Health Parity Act of 2008, which showed a lot more bipartisan support than many other bills have had. This act still had to wait for a democrat-controlled Congress before it was passed, but Pres. Bush did support it and signed the act. I wish there could be more bipartisanship, but that's just wishful thinking.

This chapter was on Healthcare Policy and Advocacy. It took me three days to read this chapter, when it usually only takes me one to complete each chapter in this book. I had to stop because all I did was cry while reading it. The next chapter might not be so good either. It's on Mental Health Policy and Advocacy. Mine is not so great right now.
