If I feel this pretentious when reading this I’m going to be insufferable when I finally get to if we were villains

Hi, my name is Jaella and I’m currently reading a short book about Greek myths, tender is the night by F Scott Fitzgerald, AND a tale of two cities at the same time that I’m reading this and THIS makes me feel more pretentious than any of those other books, so that’s fun

& thus we begin to hate Bunny & bond with the others, although I still hate them all. Except the costume design major

Ch. 1 thoughts because this is due back @ the library:
- I think everyone who loves this book is pretentious (just like the characters) but I also know that’s probably the point.
- as someone who was raised to question everything, I am skeptical of everything this “professor” says because no real professor would say that multiple POVs and ideas make a young mind “confused”
- kinda wanna annotate this book
