I love this book! I would definately recomend it to anyone, but I think some people would enjoy and apreciate it more than others. I think actors, secifically comedians or improvisers, would apreciate it more than others mostly because Amy Poehler makes a lot of references to her career and how she thinks of comedy. As an actor and comedian I learned a lot and apreciate comedy on a new level.
