It doesn't look like she checked anything so far though, considering she's using very uncommon words, the character names aren't great, and some of it sounds like the author's just going off what basics anyone can pick up through watching anime.

Oh god, please let the author have someone checking her Japanese and her references to Japanese culture. Please, please, please. Because jfc, I don't want to have to deal with butchered Japanese outside of fanfic, thanks.
