This is one of the absolute worst books I have ever read. I’ve tried twice and got to chapter 17 and could go no further. Does anyone really want to read about a scrotum the size of a watermelon, or the goiter operation or gangrene? This author goes on and on about absolutely nothing.i don’t understand all the good reviews, to each his own.
