Only four chapters left until I'm halfway through this humungous novel with a narrator that loves to beat around the bush (very similar to midnights children which I'm also attempting to read). Chapter 36 is my point of farewell I'm afraid I'm afraid, I just don't have the time or energy to read all 900 pages.
