This book just made me realize, that although it is important to not procrastinate, we must also take breaks by doing rewarding activities. And those rewarding activities can be as simple as taking a nap, writing or journaling, dancing, taking a bath, rewards, playing sports, etc. It's really beautiful how studying needs activities and breaks. It's why time management and balance is so important :)
