This novel is a hell of a lot more enjoyable than the last Koontz novel I read (Darkest Evening of the Year), but I'm still not completely sold on it. I'm thinking Koontz's writing just doesn't appeal to me

It's already started out better than the last Koontz novel I tried to read, which I left at my cousin's house in the hopes that maybe she could enjoy it LOL.
