Really like Scott's approach & recommendations about happiness, energy, and goals. Super practical and spells out some things that others leave unsaid. Writing style is very friendly and approachable. The book is kind of front-loaded, the last ~20% feel like it just peters out. But I still found enough value in the first part to highly recommend.
