The book starts off with ranina falling down and eating shit and basically lost one of her front tooth and her second front tooth got pushed in her gums so she’s basically in the process of recovering so her teeth could go back to normal but now her teeth are fucked up and cricket and she has to go to school which is embarrassing for her and she’s doing really bad right now😭👍🏽
