God, I wasn't prepared for so much pain D:

I'm still enjoying it a lot but I think the main plot in "The Diviners" was more exciting. I would love to read more about Project Buffalo and the like but in my opinion there's a bit too much focus on all the side plots right now.

I really like how there's this one big story about the sleeping sickness but also the little stories that are behind every single character. That's what already made "The Diviners" so special and I'm glad that the sequel does it as well.

I can't help feeling a lot of schadenfreude for Evie having to accept the new "Sam situation". She totally deserved that :D

Evie is always so annoying when she's seeking for fame...

It's really nice to be back with the kids and I think I'm going to like the dream theme
