Have you read all the SJM books? After I finish the ACOTAR series can I jump right into CC or do I need to read TOG first?

You can totally jump into crescent city next if you want to! All of the series are very separate. There are a few hints to TOG towards to end of CC but you can totally get along without reading TOG first.
