At last a book i can read on kindle free after so much garbage mainly poorly written religious here is a book k after my exp from thousands of hours of counselling etc self journaling i can groove to and allready commend ,where does that anger come from here in this book ISthe clue stop repressing and start undoing the trauma happy readng this book rocks
