I wonder if Mahmoud and his family are going to survive, and if he'll ever see his dad and brother again. Also, why does every other ship get to go into Cuba, but not Jonathan's ship?

I like the person who picked up Mahmoud and his family to go to the boat since he knows how their life is since he's a refugee. Also, I feel like something is wrong and that's the real reason they stopped, not to get checked for diseases. I also feel like the captain is gonna get in trounle because he took a oath that no one is insane on the ship, but Josephs father technically is.
