I am only 3/4th into this delightful book and I still dare proclaim Tharoor as a genius. Hope he can manage to pull out a majestic conclusion worthy of this. I am really taking my time reading this, enjoying each page as much as I can. :D

This one gave me company for the TVM-CLT trip last Sunday. I was a bit afraid whether I would like this or not as, though I admire him, I am not a big fan of the author. Reliving the Mahabharata and the history of Indian independence struggle may sound like a weird combination but so far, it has been spot on. The lone exception, perhaps, is Nehru. But I must admit it was with bated breath that I read through the arrival of his daughter. Anyhow, this looks like a promising read.
