Humans are on the verge of discovering the hidden valley of the dragons, and there is only one safe place for them left to hide: the rim of heaven. The only problem is that it's wherabouts are a mystery. Only Firedrake and his furry friend Sorrel are willing to search for it. Their journey takes them across the world where they meet new friends and enemies including a boy, a double-spy and a dragon killing monster.
