So far there isn't many problems the character has to face. But one external problem of how badly she wants to have a lead role in the new ballet they are casting but she has to fight for it against a rude yet talented dancer named Zoe.

The mood I feel when reading this book is curious about what's to come for my life and understanding of what's going on in Hannah's (protagonist). I can relate to her in the story because she trying to balance her life with her dancing and I sometimes I feel like I am too.

In the main conflict I am reading now is about how Hannah meets a boy at the diner she always goes to. She is just sitting on her own drinking wine even though she's not supposed to be, but the server and her are friends. The boy, Jacob, smiles at Hannah and she smiles back after they approach each other and start to talk about themselves and this starts the conflict.

The setting of my book is in NYC and mostly in the auditorium where Hannah dances. It is a big auditorium with gleaming lights that sparkle when your on stage. There are usually people everywhere and always dancers stretching, changing, practicing, relaxing. The setting influences the plot and conflict because pretty much everything that's happened (not too much) takes place in the theater,

The subject of my reading is about a very talented ballerina's life and how her whole life revolves around her dance, and she is perfectly happy living like that. I've learned so far that whatever you set your mind to you can do and that everyone's day will come. I am thinking more that if you are determined and happy you will accomplish more in life.

The main character in the book is Hannah Ward a dancer in the corps de ballet. Something I like about her is how she's not your average pink little ballerina, and she is not biased or cocky. Something I don't like about her is that she doesn't give herself enough credit for what she does.
