I think I would have preferred a deeper dive into Blac Twitter and how it makes up a larger percentage of Twitter users compared to other racial groups. He cites Spike Lee who attempted to dox George Zimmerman, but ended up using the wrong address. He was sued.
It's a very unique phenomenon that doesnt get often broached and it warrants a longer, deeper chapter.
