Their chemistry is effortless. I officially don’t want whatever bad is supposed to happen, to happen. It’s already 12:48am. Crying at this time would be ridiculous.

Chapter 26 is the sweetest chapter.

“By the time he is finished retying the first shoe, I’m clutching on to his shoulder with a steel grip.”

A weakness for real. What Glorilla say? “Like you do that Russian Cream.”

“Sober Cal is a dream. He is witty, charming, and nearly impossible to resist. It’s the drunk version of himself that I have a hard time accepting. That version is depressing, angry, and extremely difficult to love.”

I’m sure he wishes he could be that guy all the time.

I really like Cal. Hate that he’s so broken.

I hope she opens a bakery by the end of the book.
