Shelving this. I’m just approaching the halfway mark and I feel like nothing has really happened. It started off strong with some eerie elements, and I was so excited for it. Maybe it picks up steam in the second half. It has praise from other authors I like so I may pick it back up to finish eventually. Just need something different right now.
