I read this almost exactly ten years ago and, so far, I have to say it’s even better than I remembered. Phenomenal storytelling with an imperfect, yet heroically talented main protagonist/narrator. Truly a joy to read.

This isn't light reading for the most part, but is very enjoyable. It's like Lord of the Rings in a way. Great so far.
