This education is wonderfully guided, historically and naturally explained.
This sturdy book's rich pages are beautifully coloured and displayed. Absorbing its helpful, encouraging wisdom is a pleasure.

I am surprised this book only uses the word "meridian" once. Donna Eden almost entirely uses them for her triumphant mode of healing. Stephen Gascoigne refers to them a few times as "channels" but does not dicuss healing through them, show each of their paths, nor tell readers that doing this heals us! It is a simple, powerful, helpful thing to do that is inappropriate to omit. Down to four stars for that reason.

Excellently, clearly, and very positively taught by a friendly teacher.

A wonderfully guided, easy, accessible educational journey! I would not have sought a history on the spread and changes of Chinese medicine but this provenance is interesting too. It is wise to know why, despite modern medicine being inadequate by itself, health strategies treating us as parts of nature for 4000 years became what we are calling "alternative"!
