Christa Eker Uuuugh! I threw it across the sofa in temper - I've tried to many time to pick it up and read (I usually finish a book even if I hate it just in case I miss an improvement lol) but the writing in this book is so so boring. Which is such a shame as I love Mevlana :(

Did you read it? I've made it just to page 166 and that was punishment enough lol

alison morton oh no! I havnt read it, was thinking of buying it. I love mevlana too. I went to the Mevlana festival in Konya in 2013, it was amazing! I always try to finish a book too, exactly the same as you, I keep thinking it must be about to get better - the only 2 i havnt finished are '50 shades' and 'to the lighthouse'
dont think i'll bother then :-(

Christa Eker I'll definitely give it another go at another time - I won't be able to resist not haha.... I've been so busy with Bayram and so much going on at the minute I don't think it would have helped - saying that I sat on 8 hours of plane journeys with it and still struggled so maybe it is as bad as I think!

I went to Konya this April past and loved seeing it, esp after reading The Forty Rules of love & The Dervish Gate. Have you ready anything else 'Mevlana' inspired? I'd love more x
