That's what makes it so annoying, I just don't know what I'm in the mood for at the moment but I know I've got all these books I want to read at some point. Oh well, I'll find something at some point :)
Pick something that's totally new to you. Or a genre you don't read that often. That helps for me most of the time!
Go browse in your library and/or bookstore?
