So glad I picked up this book again and I think this is the perfect time in my life to be reading it. I like seeing what I underlined a year and a half ago, although I had not gotten very far at that point. I already know that this book is going to help my mindset — anxiety, depression, ruminating thoughts — so much. I have a feeling this is going to be a book that I’ll return to throughout my life
