this was a birthday present! Ive been so excited to try the recipes in this book. I was an exchange student in Izmir back in 2015. a lot of the recipes were main staples in the houses i stayed in. I have more than a few recipes bookmarked, i wont complete reading this book until ive at least tried a few recipes from it! Ill update you as i have the ability to make some of this wonderful yemek
