I’ve decided to re-embark on the Bible in a Year journey for 2024. I plan to update Goodreads every few weeks with a percentage of the total Bible read (based on 52 weeks in a year… or 30 pages/week) So far, so good… re-doing the first 40 days that I completed back in 2021. Genesis is such an exciting story - beautiful to see the way God continues to work through broken people to bring goodness and hope!

Back on the Bible in a Year grind in 2025, but this time with Cara! Updating for the first 40 days of consistent listening (already read in previous years). Starting back strong after a break leading up to Lent, so more updates to come.

Going well so far. Trying to keep up with Fr. Mike Schmitz’s ‘Bible in a Year’ podcast... where he reads through every book of the Bible in 365 days. Luckily the reading plan hasn’t ramped up too much yet 😅

Emily Marie I just started this year too! Though it is my first time. I deeply love it though, Fr. Mike does such a great job

Mike Drummond I totally agree! Glad to hear you're doing it too. There are so many insights I just blow past when I read, and listening to 5 mins of Fr. Mike's analysis on a passage brings those out like nothing else!
