Half way through this book and absolutely ADORE it! I picked this up after feeling lost about skincare. Certain skin regimes leave me questioning it and this book definitely encourages it! It makes u wonder what’s necessary in our daily routines and realize that maybe that $70 moisturizer isn’t the fountain of youth. Love how Hamblin presents the history behind cleanliness and how society has evolved it!
