My characters are now in SAint-Vith, Belgium and are conflicted with they're past memories of the war and also a mystery that is rocking a few characters. In todays age Belgium seems to be a mixture of old world charm with modern business and influences. Yet is still charming as described before.

The man searching for the diamond has been killed. As well, the Major of the 133rd has died. The Major and an old nurse had begun a "romance" as well as a reporter who has been following the 133rd and the son of the man whom organized the reunion. Men of the outfit are also recalling the terrible memories of war. it is still a cold winter in belgium with lots of snow.

The mystery is unfolding as now an old leutenant whom betrayed the 133rd has shown up in belgium, seeking a diamond and throwing the whole group of seniors into a rage of his appearance. he has apparently two-faced everyone and back stabbed them all, and he has shown up. what will happen, i dont know.
It is shown very clearly in the book that belgium is an extremely cold place, with very harsh, extreme winters.

One thing to point out about Belgium is how old world it seems. Cottages and little old ladies seem to carpet the old-world, forest covered, cold country of Belgium.

In my book they have introduced three characters; Buddy Hill, Francis Spagnola, and Pieter "Sweet" Martinson. All three are part of a group of soldiers that were in the 133rd devision of the army during the WWII Battle of the Buldge. They are now in there old age and are going to Saint-Vith, Belgium for thier final group reunion.
