Really liking it so far, even despite its age and how much we've learned about archeology just since the mid 90s. I'd say the only thing that's a bit annoying is calling Indigenous people of the Americas "Indians" but that was normal for the time. It did confuse me a bit at first and I had to remember that the author was referring to Native Americans.
