Dude, this book is GOOD. Like, REALLY GOOD. It’s so intricately plotted and the story has me by the teeth. Also, the opening chapter was a fucking masterpiece.

A couple things:
1) Attolia is OBSESSED with Gen and it’s hilarious.
2) Seeing the Magus again made me irrationally happy.
3) Gen is a little demon but he’s also been through wayyyy too much and i want to protect him with my life.
4) the political intrigue is top tier!!
5) if anyone dies TRUST that I will be inconsolable.
