So far this book is very interesting. It is a fantasy/fiction book. The beginning was very sad. It is already making me curious to read more because I ended right at the point when the witch stitched the right boy's soul into the wrong one.

A lot happened since page 72. It is very weird that he can hold and control all the magic at once when even his mother, Sister Witch, can only use a little at a time. When a normal villager tried to steal and use the magic for personal gain he died with riches flowing from his body. Ned must be very special. I don't understand why the Bandit King kidnapped instead killing Ned.

I am up to the part where the action is about to begin. So far each of the characters have a very unique personality and story. I am predicting that the bandit king is going to try to kidnap Ned. I think it is very interesting that the author made the magic more like a person(s) than an object which is pretty interesting.
