There are four books, so far, in Ms. Ross' Brightmoon Annals. I love series, but was a little wary to discover each is stand alone with completely different characters. I like to have my favorites to follow. I am now about halfway through "The Plains of Kallanash" and I am so glad I kept on. Enemies are becoming allies, but maybe they weren't enemies to begin with. And if not, who is?
