I'd prefer more of a point-evidence-explanation style to the interview-style layout to make it easier to actually take home the take-home messages and avoid repetition. I'm also getting really strong Western individualist vibes so far, which makes the proposed changes a bit difficult to implement in my life... It's also really nonspecific so I'm not sure I understand the hype yet
