I wanted to read this book because I am a fan on the show/cast. And Mike had done so much work on himself that I thought it would be nice to the back story.

But this just isn’t it. I can honestly say I have no idea what he has really said other than his talking about his abs. His reading is just like he sounds on tv. Annoying. His mother and wife speak a few chapters and nope. They don’t make it any better.
