Ok so Jay is assumed intoxicated on one occasion and now the author is making every character in the book refer to him as a 'drunk'? Its obvious the author has some strong opinions about consumption, but this comes across as just plain judgmental.

this book is written so naturally. The relationship that is building between the characters feels genuine and realistic. I really like it so far
