DNF. Too slow-paced for a thriller. Plus I found myself pulled out of the story every time the antagonist appeared. I couldn’t understand why the author used a real person (O’Flaherty) but then created a fictional villain - Hauptman - instead of using O’Flaherty’s real life nemesis, Kappler.
