Shortest story by Palmer Pickering completed, Blood Fire. Interesting concept but seemed like it was narrated by an emotionless robot. Felt nothing for the characters and there was no tension.

Finished Thiago Abdalla’s short story. This was the longest yet, a demon hunter adventure that packs a punch. Enjoyed it but so help me if there’s one more author in this Advent that has a gut wrenching father-daughter dynamic and I’m only 6 stories in so far… haha

Enjoyed Karim’s story. His opening hook had me and I just had to keep reading!

Well H.C. Newell… just rip my heat out whydontcha? So far the best story yet but not for the faint of heart. Check my review for updates and in-depth look into each story.

Job well done Mr. Jim Wilbourne for Rite of the Tundre. Wonderful short story that packs a punch.

First short story by Cal Black: The Patchskin Woman. Dark fairytale style. It was a solid quick story. I’m really intrigued to read these as we go. Love the idea of this project with some big name and other lesser know indie writers.
