The beginning of the tale has a wonderful draw to it, Sybil is fun and daring while her roommate Esme is more withdrawn and our quiet bookworm. I love their dynamic, their tension. Getting to read their viewpoints switching per chapter is a bit of a whiplash, but it’s also something I appreciate at the same time.
