interesting. i feel that while i’m not ready to dive into open-relationships, reading on them as a person with bpd helps me to find a middle ground with my relationships and not go to the extremes of depending on one person and wanting them to meet all my needs and burdening them with that. it helps me to value my friends as well and not abandon them when i get obsessed over someone else.
