Now, this is an interesting take... so in this story, Eliza is much more gentle and forgiving of Hamilton during the affair and The Reynolds Pamphlet than I would have thought. The burning letters have yet to come up, but it will be interesting to see when they do and how.

Even though I always know it's coming, I still can not help but ball my eyes out.
It is so sad, and this book captures wonderfully and tragically how much Hamilton loved Laurence. And also how devastated he was after his death and how even Eliza couldn't soothe his pain💔
