I really hope it isn’t Kevin killing Amat to protect the secret and his future in the flash forward.

I'm really enjoying the way the tension is building so quietly. We know sort of where it's going, but without knowing who or what the circumstances are, as I get further into the book I'm looking for clues and hints as to what's going to happen and it's adding so much tension to the scenes.
